Reaching Across Communities & Challenging Systems (RACCS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging divides and activating change in systems. We are dedicated to educating our community, fostering innovation, promoting wellness, enhancing access to resources, and encouraging collaboration. Our commitment is to build awareness, develop resources, and create opportunities for all individuals particularly those from disproportionately impacted communities through our pillars: community engagement, education, innovation, wellness, access, and collaboration.​

Our vision is a world where communities are connected and empowered, to advance with equal access to resources and opportunities. We envision a world transformed through systemic change, where people and communities thrive without the threat of feeling harmed or triggered by the spaces they occupy.
