Joshua Williams, M.S.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Joshua Williams is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RACCS and a native of South-Central Los Angeles. His professional experience includes building learning communities, and coaching staff and faculty at colleges nationwide. He served as the Inaugural Project Manager for the Real College California Coalition, supporting more than 90 California Community colleges with strategies to improve housing and food insecurity. At California State University, Dominguez Hills he advocated for resources and institutional policy changes to support the needs of students who experienced foster care and basic needs insecurities. In 2022, Joshua launched his consulting company, JW1 LLC, focused on technical assistance, program evaluations, grant writing, and trainings to support historically marginalized students and communities. He has a B.A. in Communications from CSUDH, and an M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach with an emphasis in student development in higher education.

Khaleah Bradshaw, Ed.D

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Director 

Khaleah Bradshaw is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Director for RACCS and a native of Compton, California. She has served as the City Clerk for the City of Carson and its 96,000 residents. Prior to her appointment, Dr. Bradshaw served as Director of Government and Community Relations for California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). Dr. Bradshaw received her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from California State University, Long Beach. Her dissertation titled, “Dollaz + Sense: The True Cost of Education for Black Women” was a qualitative study that explored the personal and professional lives of fifty Black women with graduate degrees struggling to find romantic partnerships with equally educated Black men. Her Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a special topic of English Literature and Africana Political Thought and her bachelor's degree in English Literature are from CSUDH.
